About the Role

Cloud Sufi is seeking an experienced Tech Lead AI Engineer / Tech Lead Prompt Engineer to lead the design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise-scale Generative AI solutions for a strategic telecommunications client. This hands-on leadership role focuses on building production-ready AI platforms powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), agentic AI, and Google Cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and deployment of enterprise Generative AI applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Design and build scalable multi-agent AI systems for workflow automation and intelligent decision-making.
• Develop advanced prompt engineering strategies, including system prompts, few-shot prompting, prompt chaining, and response guardrails.
• Build conversational AI solutions using Gemini and Dialogflow.
• Integrate Vertex AI, Gemini, Salesforce, Service Now, Netcracker, SAP, and other enterprise platforms.
• Design and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
• Build production-ready AI services using GKE, Docker, Cloud Build, and Cloud SQL.
• Collaborate with business and engineering teams to deliver AI solutions.
• Establish AI best practices and mentor engineering teams.
