Veeva Vault Consultant ​/ Developer

We are looking for a skilled Veeva Vault Consultant/Developer with 3–5 years of experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Veeva Vault applications. The ideal candidate should have strong functional and technical expertise in Veeva Vault, experience working with Life Sciences customers, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Veeva Vault applications based on business requirements.
• Design and implement workflows, lifecycle configurations, security settings, document types, object configurations, and metadata.
• Support Veeva Vault implementation, enhancements, migration, and integration projects.
• Develop and execute configuration changes following SDLC and validation processes.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, QA teams, and technical teams to gather and analyse requirements.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Participate in testing activities, including unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Prepare technical documentation, configuration documents, and release notes.
• Support deployment activities and ensure compliance with GxP and regulatory standards.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Veeva Vault.
• Strong knowledge of Veeva Vault configuration, including:
• Workflows
• Life cycles
• Security Model
• Document and Object Configuration
• Metadata Management
• Experience with one or more Vault applications such as:
• Vault Quality
• Vault RIM
• Vault Clinical
• Vault Promo Mats
• Understanding of REST APIs and integrations with external systems.
• Knowledge of CSV Loader, Vault Loader, and data migration activities.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Experience working in GxP-regulated environments is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Veeva Vault certification is a plus.
• Experience with validation documentation and regulatory compliance is desirable.
• Exposure to integration technologies such as REST APIs, middleware, or ETL tools is an added advantage.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training. The pay scale is subject to change depending on business needs.
