- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in front-end development, technical UX design, or prototyping.
- Experience in application development in one or more of the platforms/areas (e.g., web, iOS, Android, Comp Des, XR).
- Experience with the latest web standards, and latest iterations of those technologies such as JS/ES6, HTML5, CSS, REST, and mobile web.
- Experience with React, Lit, Angular, or a similar framework.
- Experience leading the design and implementation of UIs and technical frameworks.
- Experience with vibe coding approaches and toolkits, with an understanding of the best practices in prompt engineering.
- Understanding of fundamental web technologies (e.g., JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
- Understanding of how to apply AI to accelerate UX and engineering workflows.
