Sunnyvale, CA (Hybrid – Minimum 3 Days/Week Onsite) Pay Range: $100 - $105 on W2

We are seeking a Sr. Full-Stack Engineer to take ownership of end-to-end feature development for a new internal platform. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience across both frontend and backend development, with particular expertise in Python/FastAPI, React, Type Script, and cloud platforms. This role will work closely with senior engineers and business stakeholders to translate business workflows into secure, scalable, production‑grade software while contributing to architecture, AI integrations, CI/CD, and cloud deployment.

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full‑stack applications, owning features from initial development through production deployment.
• Build and maintain integrations between internal platforms, cloud services, and AI/LLM infrastructure.
• Develop responsive and scalable frontend features using React and Type Script, along with backend services using Python/FastAPI.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand workflows, clarify requirements, and translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
• Implement secure authentication, authorization, access controls, and data governance practices for sensitive business information.
• Contribute to engineering best practices including automated testing, CI/CD, containerization, deployment, observability, and production support.

• 3–5 years of professional software engineering experience with hands‑on development across both frontend and backend technologies.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Python and FastAPI or a comparable asynchronous Python web framework.
• Strong production experience with React and Type Script, including successfully shipped features.
• Experience with a major cloud platform, preferably Azure, along with CI/CD pipelines and containerized application deployments.

• Experience integrating LLM/AI APIs, including agentic workflows, tool‑calling, or AI‑enabled applications.
• Knowledge of OAuth 2.0 and OIDC authentication and authorization flows.
• Experience with AWS or GCP in addition to Azure.
• Experience working with sensitive business data, data governance, and secure application architecture.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong ability to collaborate with non-technical business stakeholders and translate business requirements into software solutions.
• Demonstrated ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive features while working under guidance from senior engineers.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment while balancing speed, reliability, security, and maintainability.
