Full-stack Engineer

Job Title

Pay Range: $106.11hr - $111.11hr

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 3–5 years of professional software engineering experience, with hands-on exposure to both frontend and backend systems.
• Solid Python skills; experience with FastAPI or a comparable async Python web framework.
• Solid React + Type Script experience — shipped features in a production environment.
• Familiarity with LLM/AI API integrations — agentic or tool-calling patterns are a plus.
• Experience with a major cloud provider (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP considered) — comfortable deploying and managing cloud resources.
• Working knowledge of OAuth 2.0 / OIDC authentication flows.
• Ability to work with non-technical business stakeholders to clarify and shape requirements.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments.

• Design, build, and maintain both the frontend and backend of a new internal platform, from feature development through production.
• Build and maintain integrations between the platform and its underlying cloud and AI infrastructure.
• Partner with business teams to translate day-to-day workflows into working software, with some guidance from senior engineers.
• Implement secure authentication, access control, and data governance appropriate for sensitive business data.
• Contribute to and follow engineering best practices — testing, CI/CD, deployment, and observability.
• Iterate on features based on real usage and feedback, balancing speed with reliability.
