Joining Intuitive Surgical means joining a team dedicated to using technology to benefit patients by improving surgical efficacy and decreasing surgical invasiveness, with patient safety as our highest priority.

Design, enhance and maintain internal websites, web applications and stand-alone Python applications. Full stack capability is required. You will design and implement both the front-end user interface and back-end application and database. The front-end is currently FastAPI and Vue 3. The back-end environment is currently Red Hat Linux and Microsoft SQL Server. We will be moving to cloud-based solutions such as AWS, Azure, and Snowflake.

Skills and experience required include a bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or Engineering, 3+ years of industry experience as a full stack web developer, expertise in Object Oriented Python, JavaScript, node.js, SQL, test-driven development, full stack front-end & back-end web application development, experience with application architecture design, HTML5, CSS, jquery, Ajax, Flask, FastAPI, Vue.js, Microsoft SQL server, SQL database, web technologies such as RESTful APIs, JSON, Web Socket, sockets, cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Snowflake, Git version control, familiarity with Dev Ops practices and CI/CD pipelines, and technical writing for project proposals, documentation and test.

Data analytics, High Charts, AG-grid controls are desired.
