Full Stack Developer (GoLang + React)

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer (GoLang + React) with 6–8 years of experience to build, deploy, and scale AI-powered enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in GoLang, React.js, Type Script, CI/CD, and Generative AI technologies. This customer-facing role requires hands-on engineering experience, the ability to deploy solutions in enterprise environments, and expertise integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into production applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, customize, and support AI-powered applications in enterprise customer environments.
• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services and REST APIs using GoLang.
• Build responsive, scalable, and production-ready front-end applications using React.js and Type Script.
• Integrate Generative AI capabilities using LLM APIs such as OpenAI GPT-4, Claude, and Google Gemini.
• Develop intelligent workflows using AI agents and agentic AI frameworks.
• Translate complex customer requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance application performance across cloud-native environments.
• Build secure, scalable, and maintainable APIs following enterprise development standards.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to improve product capabilities.
• Gather customer feedback and provide technical recommendations for product enhancements.
• Mentor customer engineering teams and serve as a trusted technical advisor.
• Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and Agile development activities.
• Support software deployments using modern CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills

• 6–8 years of experience in Full Stack Software Development.
• Strong hands-on experience with GoLang.
• Strong experience with React.js and Type Script.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs and backend microservices.
• Experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) such as:
• OpenAI GPT-4
• Claude
• Google Gemini
• Experience building AI-powered or Generative AI applications.
• Knowledge of AI agent workflows and enterprise AI integrations.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, distributed systems, and API design.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI, or Azure Dev Ops.
• Experience with Git and version control systems.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing consulting skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of Dev Ops and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Experience with vector databases, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), or AI orchestration frameworks (e.g., Lang Chain, Lang Graph).
• Experience deploying enterprise SaaS applications.
• Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools.
