Role summary:
The Senior Manager, Software Engineering, leads platform-level execution of software and AI/ML systems, ensuring alignment with domain priorities and roadmap milestones. This role oversees shared infrastructure, tooling, and frameworks to support scalable, secure, and reusable development. It drives full software development lifecycle across multiple teams, promoting and managing large scale application with Data acumen. The position manages cloud cost optimization and enhances automation, telemetry, and tooling using AI to reduce operational friction.
It mentors engineers, guides architectural decisions, and ensures adherence to quality, security, and compliance standards. The role collaborates with stakeholders to define priorities, track progress, and deliver complex technical initiatives on time. It fosters innovation by identifying opportunities for process and product enhancements.
Extensive experience leading platform engineering teams and managing software development life cycles across multiple projects. Proven ability to oversee AI/ML system integration, ensuring architectural alignment and scalable, secure solutions. Strong expertise in software architecture, full stack application development, managing large scale application with Data acumen. Demonstrated skills in stakeholder management, aligning technical initiatives with business goals and domain priorities. Proficiency in mentoring engineers, promoting technical excellence, and fostering continuous improvement.
Solid background in project management, milestone tracking, and cross-functional collaboration to drive timely delivery. Excellent problem-solving skills with sound technical judgment and adaptability to evolving technologies.
