We are looking for a highly motivated engineers to help develop and operate cloud-scale distributed systems that span storage, networking, cloud infrastructure, and user experience. This is a unified engineering role where engineers are expected to contribute across development, automated validation, performance, operational readiness, and service reliability. The ideal candidate enjoys solving complex technical challenges, takes ownership from design through production, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the functional, performance and scalability of data plane rich with data management.
• Own features through the entire software lifecycle including design, implementation, testing, deployment, monitoring, and production support.
• Design, develop, and operate cloud-native services leveraging containers, microservices, distributed systems principles, and modern CI/CD practices.
• Drive engineering excellence through automated testing, code reviews, operational readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate across engineering teams to deliver end-to-end solutions spanning storage, networking, cloud infrastructure, security, observability, and customer-facing experiences.
• Participate in architecture discussions, design reviews, and code reviews to help drive technical excellence and engineering best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term reliability, scalability, and operational improvements.
• Work closely with product management, architects, and partner teams to translate customer and business requirements into high-quality technical solutions.
• Effectively communicate technical concepts, design tradeoffs, and project status to stakeholders across the organization.
• Contribute to the technical growth of the team through knowledge sharing, code reviews, design discussions, and mentorship opportunities.

• Experience with Python for test automation, validation frameworks, tooling, CI/CD integration, or operational automation.
• Familiarity with C/C++, React, Type Script, or C# is desirable for engineers to work across existing service components and user-facing workflows.
• Experience designing, deploying, and operating microservices-based applications using Kubernetes, containers, and modern CI/CD practices.
• Experience with software quality practices including automated testing, performance optimization, and security best practices.
• Experience with observability, monitoring, telemetry, and operational excellence practices.
• Knowledge building and operating cloud-native distributed systems in Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Strong aptitude for learning new technologies.
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative and analytical approach to problem solving.
