As a member of the Validation group, you will bridge the gap between design and engineering, executing rigorous testing strategies to validate usability, accessibility, and interface performance

- Test Plan Development: Design and implement comprehensive validation scripts focused on user journeys, edge cases, and visual consistency
- Automation Engineering: Develop and maintain automated UI test suites using tools like Selenium or Appium to increase validation throughput
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with UX Designers and Product Managers to refine requirements and provide feedback on design prototypes
- Defect Management: Identify, reproduce, and track UI/UX defects through their entire lifecycle using Jira or similar tracking systems
