CDL-A Truck Driver – Mountain View, California
$45.00 per hour | Full-Time | Monday–Friday

We are hiring experienced CDL-A Truck Drivers to operate and test next-generation autonomous vehicle technology.

This is a unique opportunity to combine your professional driving experience with cutting-edge innovation in the self-driving industry.

• Safely operate Class A vehicles (53’ dry vans, semi-trucks, straight trucks)
• Test driver-assist and autonomous systems on public roads and closed courses
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections (DVIRs)
• Provide clear written and verbal feedback to engineering teams
• Operate passenger vehicles as needed for testing

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Minimal long-haul driving (10–20 hours every other week)
• Primarily local driving and testing-focused work
• Travel up to 50% may be required

• $45.00 per hour

• Valid CDL Class A license and Medical Card
• Minimum 5 years of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
• Comfortable backing and maneuvering 53’ trailers
• Clean driving record:
  No serious violations in the last 5 years
• No DUI/DWI in the last 10 years
• No more than 2 minor violations in the last 3 years
• No preventable accidents in the last 3 years
• Ability to pass DOT physical, drug test, background check, and road test
