Data Collector / Delivery Driver (9-Month Contract)

This is a 9-month contract opportunity for a hands-on Data Collector / Delivery Driver supporting the testing of a new consumer delivery device. The ideal candidate has an interest in engineering, product testing, and gaining exposure to quality assurance hardware teams. This role combines active delivery work with structured data collection and feedback to engineering partners.

Pay Rate: $22-$23/hr.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company-provided commercial delivery van
• Deliver packages for approximately 6 hours per day in real-world environments
• Collect and communicate device performance feedback to quality assurance engineers for approximately 2 hours per day
• Use a handheld device for navigation, delivery tracking, and data capture
• Load and unload packages weighing up to 50 lbs
• Navigate stairs, sidewalks, and residential delivery environments as required
• Perform work outdoors and in varying weather conditions
• Follow all safety, quality, and data collection protocols

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Comfort operating a delivery van and navigating residential routes
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day
• Strong attention to detail and ability to provide clear, accurate feedback
• Interest in technology, hardware testing, or engineering environments
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow structured testing procedures

Location & Schedule

• On-site role based in Sunnyvale, CA
• Full-time schedule during standard business hours
• 9-month contract with potential for valuable hands-on industry experience
