Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars for senior leaders, arranging meetings and planning schedules well in advance to ensure priorities are aligned effectively.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, logistics, and timely processing of related expense documentation.
- Develop effective presentations, compile reports, and interpret data to support leadership decision-making and business planning.
- Provide administrative and project coordination support for special initiatives, helping keep deadlines, deliverables, and communications organized.
- Draft clear correspondence, internal updates, and meeting materials while maintaining accuracy and a high level of confidentiality.
- Assist with team events, site activities, and cross-functional efforts that strengthen collaboration across the organization.
- Build productive relationships with internal teams and external contacts to support smooth communication and execution of business priorities.
- Remain available for occasional urgent matters outside standard business hours when necessary, while maintaining respect for work-life balance. Requirements - At least 4 years of experience providing administrative support to executives or senior-level business leaders.
- Strong ability to assess competing priorities, apply sound judgment, and make thoughtful decisions in a fast-paced setting.
- Demonstrated business acumen with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
- High level of professionalism with proven experience handling confidential information discreetly and responsibly.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create reports and presentation materials.
- Self-motivated approach with a strong service mindset and the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
