collect physical and digital trading cards, sports memorabilia, and other digital assets; and bet as the company builds its Sports book and iGaming platform. Fanatics has an established database of over 100 million global sports fans; a global partner network with approximately 900 sports properties, including major national and international professional sports leagues, players associations, teams, colleges, college conferences and retail partners, 2,500 athletes and celebrities, and 200 exclusive athletes;

Fanatics Collectibles is looking for a seasoned leader to own high-priority, high-complexity, and high-visibility initiatives on our organization’s strategic manufacturing & operations roadmap. The Senior Manager will report directly to the Sr Director, Strategic Ops who reports directly to Collectibles’ EVP Operations. Given the team’s end-to-end mandate, this role will be expected to
1) own the evaluation / scoping / strategic analysis of potential operations initiatives as well as
2) drive end-to-end execution and ultimately ensure value capture. Within the first 6 months, you will…

• Own multiple high-impact business initiatives simultaneously and work cross-functionally to ensure executional / strategic success
• Set goals, drive large programs & analytics, present progress updates, and deliver recommendations to the executive leadership, VPs, & cross-functional partners
• Work with Biz Ops, Manufacturing, Project Management, Finance, Pre-Press, and Operations teams to identify, size, and actively prioritize all potential initiatives / opportunities on the roadmap
• Lend cross-functional support by leading / driving highly impactful, analytical, and strategic initiatives across the organization
• Provide Exec-Level analysis & recommendations to support strategic initiatives, offsites, and long-term planning
• Engage with a wide array of end-consumers and channel partners to further Collectibles’ knowledge base and thought leadership within the industry

• Dallas / Sunnyvale, TX based (or willingness to relocate)
• 5-7 years of experience, with a preference for Management Consulting, Manufacturing, Strategy, Finance / Accounting, or Biz Ops / Strategy roles
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, accounting or similar. MBA Preferred.
• Strong quantitative modelling & analytical skills, excellent written & verbal communication skills, strong financial acumen
• Team-first management mindset, with a passion for solving highly complex problems collaboratively with their direct reports
• Superior project management skills, with ability to apply a structured approach across multiple, highly complex, cross-functional projects.
• Strong intellectual horsepower; superior reasoning and analytical skills, proven track record of translating insights into actionable strategies.
