Production Artist

Best Promotions, an HPG Brands company, is a leading supplier of beverage insulators and drink ware to the promotional products industry.

We are seeking a Production Artist not the next Michelangelo. Your focus will be to prepare digital art for screen printing and dye sublimation full color decoration on "very cool" products. This position requires one to be self-motivated and the ability to catch on quickly along with decision making, problem solving and the ability to work with customers.

This successful candidate will be a team player with multi-tasking abilities, desire to meet deadlines, and have strong computer, organizational and communication skills. Successful candidates will be detail-orientated in a fast paced, fun work environment. This is an onsite position.

• Setup files on product templates for production
• Pre-flight provided print ready art files and repeat files
• Printing and preparing final films and/or files to be loaded into various rip software
• Communicate with Customers on needed artwork
• Coordinating with the production team on any changes or edits on artwork

• Extremely organized, detail-oriented, able to multi-task and prioritize their workload in a deadline driven environment
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Must be able to work independently
• Reliable, professional, strong sense of confidentiality and ability to exercise sound judgment
• Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
• Knowledge of MS Office a plus
• Knowledge of Oracle Net Suite a plus
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear.
