Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist
Location: Dallas, Texas (East)
Schedule: In-office, M-F
Compensation: $30 - $33 / Hour
Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for B2B Collections
- Post payments, review aging reports, and provide month-end support
- Handle billing duties, creating invoices, and review and work with liens and bonds
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable
- Strong MS Excel skills required
- Preferred experience with Bonds/Liens
