We are seeking a Power Platform Developer to design, build, and support business solutions using Microsoft’s Power Platform. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, data teams, and IT to deliver scalable, low-code solutions that improve efficiency, automate processes, and surface actionable insights.
Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven)
- Build and optimize workflows using Power Automate (cloud flows, approvals, integrations)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Document solutions, data flows, and technical designs
- Troubleshoot issues and provide production support as needed
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform
- Strong experience with Power Apps and Power Automate
- Understanding of Power Platform security model, roles, and permissions
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work directly with business users
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-100, PL-200, PL-400)
- Background in professional services or consulting environments
- Ability to balance speed and scalability in low-code solutions
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Passion for automation, data-driven decision making, and user experience
- Comfort working in agile or fast-paced delivery environments
