Production Operator

We are a rapidly growing organization focused on designing, developing, and manufacturing beverage insulators and drinkware to thepromotional product industry. Best Promotions is looking to hire a dependable Production Operator
who is resourceful and energetic and willing to work onsite. We offer a fun, fast-paced environment where at Best, We Say YES!

• Produce printed product on various manual machines
• Mix inks for appropriate color match, mounting the screen frames, positioning materials and printing customer images
• Count and inspect the quality of the finished product while adhering to production standards.
• Accurately reporting time and quantities completed and scrapped to insure accurate inventory.
• Provide alternative options, techniques and process improvements to increase productivity and product quality.
• Support emergency rush orders by prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Assist in other areas as needed.

• Must be able to work independently while acting as a proactive collaborative team member.
• Able to work well under pressure to output high-volume, high-quality work.
• Solution provider with a positive "can-do" attitude.
• Ability you work overtime hours as needed.
• Basic mathematical skills required.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee us regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear. The employee must regularly lift or move office products and supplies, up to 45 pounds.
