Machine Operator - Digital Print

The Machine Operator will work in our production department printing orders for our customers. No sublimation experience is required.

• Completes daily production orders as per schedules and on time.
• Review quality of prints and finished product throughout entire job run
• Reports issue/delays to supervisor immediately
• See that production equipment is regular and properly maintained
• Identify & suggest new production efficiencies to supervisor
• Ensure adequate supplies (raw materials, necessary parts) are stocked to prevent delays
• Actively prevents problems by being observant and creative

Education and Experience:

or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the key responsibilities of the job.

• 1-2 years manufacturing/production/printing or equivalent experience
• Great customer service; both internal and externally.
• Can develop a "critical eye" for color accuracy, registration, and quality
• Organized and proficient with basic computer skills:
  Excel, Word, & Outlook
• Team player that takes responsibility yet thrives in a ream environment
• Ability to understand and execute instructions
• High school diploma or GED required
