Next Gen Hospitality Solutions is excited to announce an opening for an Executive Chef at our Dallas location. This full-time, on-site position is perfect for a high volume polished casual chef with experience creating menus.. As an Executive Chef, you will be instrumental in shaping our culinary offerings and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
In this role, you will lead our kitchen team, creating innovative menus and high-quality dishes that reflect our commitment to culinary excellence. You will collaborate closely with our front-of-house staff to deliver top-notch service and maintain the high standards of our establishment. We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $95,000 annually, along with opportunities for professional development in a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities- Oversee all kitchen operations and staff management
- Create and update menus that align with seasonal ingredients
- Ensure quality control of food preparation and presentation
- Manage food inventory and procurement processes
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on culinary techniques
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to enhance guest experiences
- Monitor kitchen equipment and ensure proper maintenance
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree preferred
- 5+ years of EC role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Creative mindset with a focus on innovation in menu development
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
