As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Guard in Sunnyvale, TX
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a dynamic retail location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. Day Time Mon 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Tue 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Fri 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sat 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sun 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a retail location.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting information according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout sales floors, entrances, stock areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual behavior.
• Monitor access points, observe foot traffic, and support loss prevention awareness by reporting suspicious activity, policy violations, and/or maintenance concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• X-Ray screening experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
