, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic retail location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage security‑related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service. Pay Rate: $18.54 / Hour

• Monday: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Tuesday: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Friday: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Saturday: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sunday: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

• Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout sales floors, common areas, loading areas, parking locations, and perimeter points to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and high‑traffic areas while assisting with access control, crowd management, and customer questions in a professional manner.
• Support loss prevention and other security‑related operations by reporting suspicious behavior, policy violations, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns to the appropriate personnel.

• At least 1 year of security‑related experience is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• X‑ray screening experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
