Security Officer Patrol Documentation Clerk

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations according to site guidelines.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floors, common areas, entry points, and perimeter areas.;
Monitor access points and observe customer and employee activity to help support order and help to deter unauthorized behavior and/or policy violations.;
Communicate with site contacts, local authorities, and/or Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents, maintenance concerns, and other security-related matters as needed.
