Security Officer Part Time Patrol Agent

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures and following post orders.;
Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related issues to site contacts and leadership.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floors, common areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter areas.;
Monitor access points, observe visitor and employee activity, and assist with crowd management, line control, and closing procedures as directed by site policies.;
Support loss prevention awareness by monitoring for suspicious behavior, reporting potential theft and/or disturbances, and maintaining a professional presence throughout the location.
