Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, common areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns;
Monitor foot traffic, access points, and/or merchandise-sensitive areas for unusual activity, and report issues according to post orders and Allied Universal guidelines;
Support closing, opening, and/or after-hours routines as assigned, including checking doors, gates, and other access control points throughout the location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed
