Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Screener

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a retail location;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entry points, stock areas, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions;
Monitor access points, observe customer and employee activity, and document security-related concerns, policy violations, and/or incidents according to site procedures;
Support loss prevention efforts by reporting suspicious behavior, assisting with crowd management during busy periods, and/or helping with orderly response to alarms or emergency situations;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while communicating clearly with store personnel, visitors, and/or local responders
