Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol Specialist

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or staff by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site protocols;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, sales floor, common areas, entry points, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or policy violations;
Monitor access points, observe customer and visitor activity, and help to deter theft, trespassing, and/or unauthorized entry through visible presence and routine interaction;
Support loss prevention and store personnel with security-related concerns, documentation, and/or escalated situations while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced environment
