Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail location.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout storefront areas, common spaces, parking areas, and the perimeter to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.;
Monitor access points and observe activity within the location to help identify potential concerns, policy violations, and/or maintenance issues for follow-up.;
Support loss prevention awareness by observing customer and employee activity, assisting with de-escalation when appropriate, and reporting suspicious behavior according to site protocols.
