Salary Range: $16.00 - $20.00 Hourly

We're looking for a motivated Residential HVAC Duct Cleaning Technician who enjoys hands‑on work, takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service, and wants to be part of a supportive, family‑oriented team. In this role, you'll clean residential air duct systems, dryer vents, and related HVAC components while educating homeowners on the importance of clean, healthy indoor air.

• Perform residential air duct cleaning services using specialized equipment
• Clean HVAC supply and return ducts, registers, grilles, blower compartments, evaporator coils (when applicable), and related components
• Perform dryer vent cleaning services safely and thoroughly
• Inspect HVAC systems for cleanliness and identify areas of concern
• Educate homeowners on indoor air quality and recommend appropriate products or services when beneficial
• Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and equipment
• Take before‑and‑after photos and accurately document completed work
• Communicate professionally with customers before, during, and after service
• Follow all company safety procedures and industry best practices
• Assist with additional HVAC maintenance or indoor air quality services as needed
