Full-time Class A CDL Truck Drivers

Average $104,976 annually.

Travel required, up to 100 percent.

• This position requires the driver to travel regionally to work at various locations as needed.
• Perform multi-stop deliveries of parts and supplies to automotive dealerships.
• Unload trailer using manual pallet jacks, hand trucks, and rolling cages.
• Use scanner to scan products as they are unloaded and delivered.

• Dispatch times will vary depending on work assignment.
• Drivers can expect to be away from home 2 to 3 weeks per assignment.
• Drivers will travel to assigned location, and work from there for the duration of work assignment.

• Valid Class A CDL required; applicants must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence.
• Must hold or be able to obtain a non-exempt interstate DOT medical card.
• 1 year of documented tractor‑trailer experience in the last 3 years required, or 2 years in the last 5 years.
• 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents.
• English language proficiency required.
• Must work the required schedule, be present at the specified location, complete the Penske employment application, and submit to a background investigation and drug screening.
• Position may be regulated by the Department of Transportation or designated as safety‑sensitive; requires constant alertness and safe operation. Associates must accept responsibility for their own safety and that of others.

• Must meet the physical and mental demands required for essential job functions.
• Must be able to see and hear; close, distance, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment are required.
• Must move frequently, stand, walk, sit, and use hands to touch, handle, feel, and reach. Must lift/move up to 50 lbs (23 kg) and may occasionally lift/move up to 100 lbs (45 kg).
• Must legally operate a motor vehicle and safely enter/exit the vehicle and cargo area.
