Provide tire and battery services and sales in the tire & battery center and assist members with purchasing decisions;
Demonstrate knowledge of tire and battery industry guidelines, safety, and TPMS; operate point of sale systems and handheld tools to assist customers;
Utilize handheld technology to plan for and drive sales, improve service experience, and train/mentor teammates when appropriate;
Process transactions, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure safety and compliance within the service area;
Represent the Sam's Club brand by delivering high-quality customer service and collaborating with team members to meet member expectations.
