Job Description

• Manage on-site construction activities to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to meet project goals.
• Oversee daily site operations, including scheduling and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to leadership.
• Identify and resolve on-site issues to prevent delays.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
• Foster a collaborative and productive work environment on-site.

A successful Superintendent - Backfill should have:

• Experience in managing construction projects within the property industry.
• Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of construction safety standards and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and organizational abilities.
