Controller, Finance & Banking, Financial Manager

Title: Controller
Salary: $150, base + up to $30% target bonus
Location: Sunrise, FL (On-site)

Responsibilities of the Controller:

• Manage and mentor the accounting team through a period of transformation
• Oversee AP, AR, and GL work
• Lead monthly closing, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance
• Drive process improvements and implement cost management initiatives
• Work closely with the CFO on financial planning and guide decision making

Responsibilities of the Controller:

• Active CPA (US) is required
• 10+ years of experience including experience managing an accounting team
• Manufacturing industry experience; food manufacturing industry experience is highly preferred
• Expertise in process improvements and cost management
