We’re looking for an Agile Champion to drive Agile adoption, foster cultural transformation, and ensure Agile best practices are embedded across teams.

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Sunrise, FL is $90k - $94k/year & benefits (see below).

The Role

Responsibilities:

• Promote Agile values, principles, and mindset across the organization.
• Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and teams in Agile practices.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to build Agile capabilities.
• Monitor Agile maturity and recommend improvements.
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration and alignment.
• Remove Agile adoption barriers and drive continuous improvement.
• Act as a change agent promoting iterative thinking.
• Support leadership in scaling Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS).
• Measure Agile success using KPIs and feedback loops.

Requirements:

• Strong 10+ Years of experience in Agile (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
• Certified Scrum Master or Agile Coach preferred.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
• Proven track record in leading Agile transformations.
• Ability to influence at all organizational levels.
• Ability to work in a culture that values innovation and agility.
• Ability to collaborate with passionate and high-performing teams.
• Ability to continuous learning and certification support.

Preferred, but not required:

• Experience with Scrum Master
• Strong experience with Banking Industry.
• Ability to coordinate with Product Owner.
