Maintenance Lead

Role Requirements & Experience

* Targeting 5-7 years of maintenance experience within food manufacturing.

* Familiarity with packaging machinery is important.

* Encapsulation experience is not required and can be taught.

* 2+ years of leadership and training experience (team size of 3+).

* Strong ability to perform root cause analysis and problem-solve mechanical breakdowns, not just repair symptoms.

Cultural & Communication Expectations

* Ability to work effectively with a diverse workforce and navigate adversity constructively.

* Strong mechanical aptitude paired with high communication awareness.

* Able to communicate clearly across all levels-from Operators to Senior Leadership.

* Demonstrated team orientation with the ability to collaborate cross‑functionally (Quality, EHS, Operations, etc.).
