Location:

Towne of Superior - Superior, CO 80027 | Salary: $24.00 - $25.00 hourly | Shift: Day

As the field supervisor you will be responsible for a wide range of duties from daily maintenance and auditing to customer and client interaction while maintaining a positive, helpful attitude.

Schedule

This is a full-time position (32 hours or more each week). Schedule is flexible and can be adjusted on a week-to-week basis based on employee schedule.

Maintenance Duties and Responsibilities
  • Check in daily on all locations.
  • Ensure all auditing equipment is functioning properly and perform necessary maintenance when needed.
  • Ensure that all tickets, receipts, and other supplies are stocked properly.
  • Ensure all signage is in working order (clean on weekly basis or as needed).
  • Check for cleanliness at all locations; including trash pickup, sweeping, graffiti removal, and other cleaning items as necessary.
  • Ensure all maintenance tasks and assignments are performed efficiently and thoroughly.
Auditing and Enforcement Duties and Responsibilities
  • Audit each designated parking lot/garage and check for violations.
  • Issue notices to violators and follow detailed citation issuance protocol.
Customer and Client Service Duties and Responsibilities
  • Act as an ambassador for Parkwell, checking in on local businesses.
  • Greet every customer with a warm and friendly greeting.
  • Offer to assist any customer who appears to be in need of assistance.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients and work to establish a positive rapport with every customer – learn the names and key people at each site.
  • Report immediately to management any issues related to customer or client experience.
  • Be able to answer incoming customer calls regarding service problems, customer questions and general client concerns.
Other Duties and Responsibilities

You will be asked from time to time to perform other duties not listed in this description. The expectation is that you are flexible and open-minded to these assignments.

Qualifications

Position Requirements
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Successful completion of criminal and motor vehicle background check
  • Reliable transportation
  • Must be okay working with hands and fixing things
