Dental Hygienist

Flatirons Dental & Aesthetics (Luxe Dental Spa), located in beautiful Superior, Colorado, is seeking a polished, compassionate, and highly skilled full-time Dental Hygienist to join our patient-centered practice.

We are looking for a Dental Hygienist who is clinically excellent, detail-oriented, warm, and committed to creating an elevated patient experience. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in gentle care, thoughtful communication, and building lasting relationships with patients. This role has unlimited growth potential for a candidate that is willing to put in the work to help the team and practice succeed.

The Dental Hygienist will provide high-quality preventive and periodontal care while supporting a calm, organized, and luxury-focused environment. The right candidate will understand that every detail matters, from clinical precision to patient comfort.

• Provide gentle, thorough dental cleanings, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, and oral health assessments
• Take and review dental X-rays as needed
• Screen patients for periodontal disease, oral cancer, and other oral health concerns
• Educate patients with clarity and care on oral hygiene, home care, and treatment recommendations
• Create a comfortable, reassuring experience for patients during every visit
• Document clinical findings accurately and professionally in patient records
• Communicate patient needs, concerns, and clinical findings clearly with the dentist and team
• Maintain a beautifully clean, organized, and properly sterilized treatment room
• Follow OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control standards
• Help uphold a calm, polished, and welcoming atmosphere throughout the practice
• Work collaboratively with the dental team to keep the schedule running smoothly and the patient experience seamless
• Sell and upsell patients on necessary care and aesthetic services

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Colorado
• Strong clinical skills and excellent attention to detail
• Warm, professional, and polished communication style
• A gentle approach and commitment to patient comfort
• Ability to educate patients in a supportive and easy-to-understand way
• Reliable andteam-oriented
• Experience with dental software preferred
• Passion for delivering an elevated, boutique-level patient experience
• Willingness to learn and improve skills

This is a full-time position. Specific hours will be discussed during the interview process.
