Operations Specialist

We are looking for a Operations Specialist to join our team at Fit for Life, Colorado! Our ideal candidate is a strong, multi-faceted team player who is capable of interacting with customers, resolving problems quickly and efficiently, and working with several systems daily. The right individual must have a can-do attitude with a willingness to be cross‑trained across our operational groups.

• Provide customer support for inquiries for the company’s sporting goods and wellness products via telephone, email, chat, and website interactions
• Researching customers’ orders
• Entering orders
• Providing tracking data and product information using various in‑house systems
• Create and provide customers with the required documents for shipment bookings and clearance.
• Provide support with product launches, which include data entry, product specifications, and product inspections. Track and organize inbound shipments.
• Training will be provided for the selected candidate.

• 1-3 Years Professional Experience in Customer Service and Data Systems Management
• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience, a Must
• Ability to Work Independently
