This role is a hands‑on Business Systems Analyst who will own and optimize our core technology ecosystem. In this role, you’ll connect and improve systems such as ERP, CRM, integrations, and eCommerce platforms to drive efficiency, data accuracy, and scalable growth across our global operations. This person will act as the bridge between business and technology—streamlining workflows, improving data flow, and leading system enhancements that have a real impact on how the company operates.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Own and evolve our business systems architecture (Net Suite, Salesforce, integrations, eCommerce)
- Translate business requirements into system flows within the company's systems.
- Improve end-to-end workflows (order-to-cash, procure-to-pay), including overseeing the health and performance of core business platforms.
- Partner with Finance, Operations, Sales, and Engineering to eliminate manual processes
- Partner with external vendors and drive system implementations and upgrades
- Ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and system performance
- Help introduce automation and AI capabilities to modernize operations
- College degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of three years’ experience with enterprise business systems
- Hands‑on experience with Net Suite or any related ERP.
- Experience with Salesforce or related CRM systems.
- Experience with middleware platforms (Mule Soft, Celigo, SPS Commerce)
- Experience managing technical vendors and system implementation projects
- Manufacturing or inventory‑driven business experience
- Experience integrating eCommerce platforms with ERP systems
- Experience supporting global operations
- Strong understanding of API‑based integrations
- Strong SQL and data troubleshooting skills
- Net Suite ERP (multi‑subscriber and multicurrency)
- Mule Soft Integration Platform
- SPS Commerce (EDI)
- Shopify eCommerce
- Ramp (Spend Management)
- Microsoft O365 ecosystem
- BOX document management
- AI and automation tools
- PLM

In accordance with Colorado law, the salary range disclosed for this role represents a good‑faith estimate of the base compensation. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as experience, skills, and qualifications.
