Floating Service Specialist

Kalos Residential manages nearly 2,700apartment units across seven states. When a property is short-handed, behind on turns, or dealing with a maintenance emergency —you'rewho we send. You travel to the problem, solve it, and leave the property better than youfoundit.

This role is right for you if:

You hit the ground running every time — no warm-up period

You hold yourself to a high standard without being told to

You can handle HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and carpentry — all of it

Travel 90%+ of the time sounds like an opportunity, not a deal breaker

You take pride in quiet, consistent, excellent work

You'llneed:

Significant hands-on multifamily maintenance experience

EPA 608 and CPO certifications (required)

Experience managing turns and preventive maintenance at 100+ unit properties

Valid driver's license; ability to lift 50 lbs.
