$30.00 per hour

• Examine and analyze accounting records and financial statements for multiple residential properties to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and procedures.
• Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, and cash flow reports for property owners and management.
• Maintain and monitor general ledger accounts and ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately.
• Analyze financial information and provide reports to management to support budgeting, forecasting, and decision‑making.
• Review property‑related financial records to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
• Evaluate financial procedures and internal controls and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Assist in preparing annual budgets and monitor financial performance against budgeted targets.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, financial regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions.
• Provide financial analysis and reporting to support property managers and senior management in decision‑making.

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in the related field.
