Job Summary

The Student Administrative Support position provides front desk and general clerical assistance to the Transportation and Logistics Research Center (TLRC). This role supports the daily administrative functions of the Center, assists with projects, and provides customer service to faculty, staff, students, and external partners.

$12.00/hour

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, students, and faculty at the TLRC office.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Perform general office duties such as filing, copying, scanning, and data entry.
  • Maintain office supplies, forms, and informational materials.
  • Support event preparation, such as workshops, meetings, and conferences.
  • Help compile and edit reports, presentations, and project documentation.
  • Collect and organize data and other materials as directed by staff or faculty.
  • Provide logistical and administrative support for transportation and logistics initiatives.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all information and adhere to university policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of the TLRC’s mission and activities.
