Midwest Dental, supported by Smile Brands, is seeking a dedicated Registered Dental Hygienist to join our patient-focused team in Superior, Wisconsin. Earn $45–$47 per hour. $4000 sign on bonus for full time.
Full-time schedule – 4-day workweek:
- Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
What you'll do:
- Deliver high-quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence-based protocols.
- Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health.
- Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co-diagnose and personalize treatment.
- Create a welcoming, judgement-free environment for every patient.
- Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care.

Qualifications:
- Current Wisconsin Registered Dental Hygienist license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
