We are looking for a versatile Electrical Engineer to join our engineering and new product development team. In this role, you won’t just be filling out paperwork or managing vendors. You will be the go‑to resource for making our products smarter, easier to use, and more reliable.

• Create and revise electrical schematics, lay out custom PCBs, and build prototype control panels.
• Author code and instructions for microcontrollers (STM/Arduino), VFDs, and battery‑powered inverter systems to communicate with air pressure transducers and industrial automation sensors.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams, applying Design For Manufacturing (DFM) principles for efficient production.
• Maintain accurate Bills of Material (BOMs) and interface with MRP/ERP software to ensure a seamless transition from prototype to full production.
• Participate in the physical assembly and testing of prototype designs on the production floor, soldering and crimping wires and PCBs to validate performance under real‑world conditions.
• Keep clean, straightforward schematics and documentation so the team can easily understand, service, and support the system.

• Background: experience as an Electrical Engineer, Controls Engineer, Electrical Technician, Mechatronics Engineer, or a similar technical, hands‑on role.
• Skills:
  
  proficiency with SOLIDWORKS, KiCad, MRP/ERP/PDM, basic microcontroller programming, and general electrical troubleshooting.
• Education:
  
  degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Technology, Mechatronics, or equivalent practical hands‑on experience.
• Proof: readiness to discuss or demonstrate projects you have personally built, wired, designed, or coded—whether at work or personal projects.

• Work Environment: primarily in an office with standard equipment and in manufacturing where safety protocols are observed.
