Compensation:
Up to $45.00/Hour Starting Baseline (scaling with technical Mastercam depth) + Shift Differentials (+$1.00 to +$2.00/hr) + Overtime Eligibility + Full Benefits
Schedule:
Flexible 1st Shift (6:00 AM, 7:00 AM, or 8:00 AM starts) | Off-shift options available

Skills:
Mastery of Mastercam for multi-axis programming from scratch, 3D CAD data analysis, blueprint/GD&T literacy, and custom fixture design
Experience:
4+ years of independent Mastercam programming experience, OR a formal Technical Degree/BSME with high-level Mastercam proficiency

In this impactful position, you will oversee the entire production cycle—developing intricate, multi-axis Mastercam programs, creating custom work holding jigs and fixtures, and collaborating closely with Design Engineering on DFM reviews. What You Will Be Doing (Daily Responsibilities)- Develop, validate, and improve complex CNC programs using Mastercam for multi-axis machining and turning.
- Analyze 3D CAD data, job orders, and prints to establish sequences, select cutting tools, and determine speeds and feeds.
- Create custom work holding jigs and fixtures for precise part placement and enhanced machine efficiency.
- Maintain the central CNC program database, ensuring accurate routing and program files across machine centers.
- Provide engineering support on the shop floor, troubleshooting setups, tooling issues, and machining challenges with production machinists.
- Lead process optimization efforts, analyzing cycle times, refining tool paths, and minimizing material waste.
- 4+ years of Mastercam programming experience OR a BSME / Technical Degree with strong Mastercam skills.
- Firm grasp of Multi-Axis Machining:
In-depth knowledge of tool selection, speeds/feeds, and complex process development (5-axis exposure or Visual Basic macro knowledge is a bonus). - Technical Proficiency:
Advanced ability in blueprint interpretation, GD&T use, and precision inspection techniques. - Diagnostic
Skills:
Strong analytical abilities for troubleshooting machining issues and supporting setup personnel. - Career Stability:
