Engineering Job Description
- Design Engineer for Mobile Heavy Equipment Attachments and Systems; mechanical, hydraulic and electrical
- Create and maintain component and assembly models and drawings
- Reporting on the status of drafting projects in development
- Bill of Material maintenance within manufacturing software (ERP System)
- Manage tasks assigned by Project Engineers
- Complete tasks required for changes in accordance with ECN (Engineering Change Notice) process
- Work with production and service personnel as build design updates
- Occasional travel to job sites & supplier facilities
- BS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience
- 1-7 years’ experience preferably with heavy equipment
- Proficient with Solid Works
- Strong interpersonal, written and communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities at the same time
