At Superior Choice Credit Union, our Financial Specialists are more than account and transaction experts. They are trusted financial guides, relationship builders, and the friendly faces who help members feel confident about their financial choices.
As a Financial Specialist, you’ll help members manage their everyday finances, open and maintain accounts, support loan-related needs, and discover products and services that fit their goals—all while delivering an exceptional experience every time they visit.
What You’ll Do- Provide outstanding service to members and create a welcoming, professional branch experience.
- Assist members with deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, account transfers, account openings, and other financial transactions.
- Guide members through account and loan processes with clarity, accuracy, and care.
- Recommend products and services that support members’ financial needs and goals.
- Answer member questions and help resolve concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Build strong relationships that encourage member loyalty and trust.
- Maintain compliance with credit union policies, procedures, and regulations.
You enjoy working with people and have a knack for creating positive experiences. You’re dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable learning new systems, products, and processes.
- One to three years of experience in banking, finance, customer service, sales, or a related field.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to guide members through financial conversations and recommend solutions that meet their needs.
- Comfortable using computers, email, and office software.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
