Douglas County is seeking skilled communications dispatchers for a 24/7 operations center. You will receive emergency and routine calls, dispatch police, fire and public safety personnel, and operate a range of telecommunications equipment.
Training is provided, with certification as an emergency medical dispatcher within the first year. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and meet experience requirements; residency and background checks apply, and a mandatory audio-keyboarding
