Job Duties
  • Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems across corporate offices and managed properties.
  • Monitor and maintain network performance to ensure reliable connectivity for property management systems, tenant platforms, and office operations.
  • Administer servers and cloud-based systems, ensuring optimal performance, security, and availability of business applications.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls in alignment with company policies and data security standards.
  • Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures, including firewalls, anti-virus software, VPNs, and regular system updates.
  • Support property-related technologies such as CCTV systems, access control, intercoms, and smart building solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network, hardware, and software issues for on-site staff and corporate users in a timely manner.
  • Perform regular system backups and maintain disaster recovery procedures to protect company and tenant data.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, systems, and IT processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on system upgrades, installations, and IT projects.
  • Assist in planning and executing technology initiatives, including network expansions and system implementations.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable data protection regulations and company IT policies.
  • Monitor and respond to security incidents, vulnerabilities, and potential threats.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to employees, promoting best practices in IT usage and security.
  • Track and manage IT assets, including hardware inventory and software licensing.
