We are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our innovative Construction team. This full‑time position is based in Superior, WI and requires occasional travel within the regional area.

• Analyze malfunctions and determine needed repairs.
• Repair, maintain and perform preventative upkeep on asphalt and aggregate equipment.
• Ensure compliance with company safety programs and policies.
• Train and mentor less experienced employees.

• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license; CDL preferred.
• Experience in all phases of heavy construction equipment repair.
• Physically fit to stand, squat, bend, lift, and walk for long durations.
• Able to communicate effectively, listen, and take direction.
• Team player with willingness to help train others.

• Starting wage $28–$40 per hour + overtime depending on experience.
